Our daughter sprung her wedding on us - had 6 weeks to prepare, and one of the things we wanted to do was put an album together of her, from 0 to wedding. 9 days before the wedding, after going through all the old pics we realised , that half her life was missing and was actually on a dead hard drive ..I contacted Kevin, he responded on the Xmas break even though they were closed , and managed to get everything back including thousands of family pics.Seriously saved the dayCheersShane & Sonja

Thanks to Kevin I now have all the photos of my daughter’s childhood back after my hard drive was destroyed when a technician from another data recovery company removed and damaged it while they were supposed to only copy it. I was devastated thinking I had lost all our memories until a friend of the family suggested I try Data Recovery Works. Kevin managed the whole process for me and gave me some very sound advice on how to back up my data in the future.

Absolutely incredible! Kevin was so understanding and went out of his way to help me not once but TWICE! When my new hard drive had a malfunction right after all my data had been copied over to it.Despite the fact it had nothing to do with the Data Recovery Team they still did another recovery for me and didn’t even charge me a second full price for the same amount of work. Absolute saviours! My USB became corrupted at the end of a 5000-word uni assignment which I had been working on for over a month (and due that week!). Kev was prompt to respond to my enquiry, welcomed me in that day and had my data recovered the same evening. The pricing was very reasonable too, student friendly!I hope I have learnt my lesson to back everything up, but if I haven’t, I’ll definitely be back to Data Recovery Works for their help again.

I lost my work hard drive and was not in a good way.....Someone recommended Data recovery works but I was a bit worried because I was in a desperate hurry and I had heard about the prices they charge....It ended up Kevin spoke to me personally and I met up with him the minute he got to work to start immediately.....My hard drive was too badly damaged and would of needed special parts from over east etc.....Kevin gave me advice on what to do etc and I ended up just putting in 100 hours work on an old hard drive to bring it up to date.....Kevin spent a lot of time and energy with me and to my surprise when I picked up my hard drive eventually two weeks later there was no charge....I was very very happy as you can imagine...It's lovely to find someone who is genuine and not a rip off xxx
